By accessing or using Jhuen services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Jhuen provides AI-first software systems and related services. If you use an authenticated service, we may use Google OAuth to sign you in and confirm your identity.

3) Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the services.
• You represent that you can legally enter into this agreement.

4) Accounts and security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to share or misuse access credentials.

5) User content

• You retain ownership of content you submit to the service.
• You grant Jhuen a limited license to host and process content solely to provide the service.

6) Prohibited uses

• Illegal activities or violations of applicable laws.
• Abuse, harassment, spam, or unauthorized scraping.
• Attempting to bypass security or access non-public areas.

7) Third-party services

The service may rely on third-party providers such as Google Sign-In. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms.

8) Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
• You may stop using the service at any time.

9) Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jhuen is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time and will update the “Last updated” date when we do.

12) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
